When you leave your details in the contact form, we collect your name and email, and optionally your destination, timeline and a short message if you choose to write one. We don’t collect sensitive information you don’t volunteer.
Why we use your information
We use your details to get back to you, schedule a conversation and accompany you through the process. If you opted in, we’ll also send you the family relocation guide.
Legal basis
Our use of your information rests on your consent, given when you reach out to us. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was given, and apply reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access or use.

We don’t sell your information. We rely on trusted service providers (such as website hosting and email delivery) who act only on our instructions, and only as needed to provide the service.
